Congrats to Novia and our developer wellbeing team and to Yoonha and the blind and low vision software developer team for each getting a paper accepted to CHI 2025! Sure was a busy day for paper notifications!
The wellbeing paper reports on an interview study of the mental wellbeing of software developers, particularly through the lens of SDT (autonomy, relatedness, and competence), which has been the guiding theoretical framework for our research. The blind and low vision software developers paper reports on the unique homegrown tools blind and low vision developers have authored and/or used in support of their work. We are so proud of these papers!
