Guilherme Pereira (PUCRS, Brazil) and his Ph.D. advisor Rafael Prikladnicki invited us to be part of this fun endeavor studying the adoption of GenAI in a Brazilian company. Sweet deal!
GenAI is impacting how software companies are operating, but to date there are not too many studies yet of the actual adoption process and what that might look like. This paper provides insights into how one company, a Brazilian company, structured the adoption process and what kinds of effects they experienced.
